TY-13-6B Double Side Polisher grind, lapping & polish both flat faces of the components at the same time.It is widely used for Sapphire substrate,Silicon Wafers,Filter Glass, optical glass, Sapphire Watch Glass,aluminum, copper, stainless steel, bearing steel, ceramics, quartz crystal, other materials, etc.
2. Device Configuration of The Double Side Polisher:
1). Adopt Siemens PLC and touch screen to display the current equipment status, realize man-machine dialogue, and easy to operate.
2). Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation and gear transmission to make the equipment start and run smoothly. When running at low speed, it overcomes the movement and crawling of the upper and lower grinding discs.
3). Pneumatic components using Air TAC and SMC. Realize the stepless pressure adjustment of the grinding disc in four stages: light pressure, medium pressure, heavy pressure, and fine grinding.
4). The gear can be lifted and lowered, and the lifting height can be adjusted.
5). This equipment can set and store thirty sets of different process parameters (pressure, speed, time, laps).
6). There is a cylinder end lock mechanism, which can easily and safely lock the upper grinding disc.
